What is yuzu?
Yuzu is an aromatic East Asian citrus fruit, known for its unique floral fragrance and a flavor that falls somewhere between lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit.
It is known as yuja-cheong in Korean.
Fresh yuzu is hard to come by outside of Asia, but it’s commonly preserved in the form of yuzu marmalade, often used in Korean and Japanese drinks, teas, and sauces.

Used flavored water: lightly-flavored citrus soda water will complement the yuzu as well.
Yuzu mint soda: Muddle a few mint leaves in the glass before adding the yuzu.
Frozen cubes: Freeze extra yuzu marmalade mixed with water in ice cube trays for a flavorful twist.
Add tea: use a cold brew tea, black tea, green tea, frozen tea ice cubes, or matcha for a delicious pick-me-up.

Great idea to use fruit preserves to make iced tea or lemonade just in a mere seconds. This drink looks so refreshing - and I'm also intrigued by yuzu marmalade itself; need to find it.
