Iced Sparkling Yuzu

Light, citrusy, and refreshingly tart, this Iced Sparkling Yuzu is the perfect drink to cool off with during warm weather. Using Korean yuzu marmalade as the base, this drink is bright and zesty with floral undertones. Add a splash of sparkling water and a handful of ice, and you’ve got an easy café-style refresher in seconds.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoon yuzu marmalade or yuzu juice
  • ice cubes
  • 1 C cold sparkling water plain or lightly flavored

Instructions

  • In a tall serving glass, add in the yuzu marmalade.
  • Add in a handful of ice cubes.
  • Top with sparkling water and gently stir to dissolve the marmalade.
  • Garnish with a citrus slice or fresh mint, if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
