Notes
You can also serve the lychee black tea hot -- just omit the ice, and add lychee syrup to your taste.
Expert tips
Use high-quality tea: choose a good black tea; there are some teas that are already flavored with lychee.
Add fresh lychees (and lychee syrup): naturally adds a sweet, fragrant lychee aroma and flavor.
Adjust steeping time: a longer steep will give a stronger flavor, but be careful not to over steep to avoid bitterness.
Chill it: for iced tea, let it cool to room temperature first to prevent watering it down too much, or use cold brew tea.
Customize it: Add lychee jelly or sparkling water to make it yours.
