Ingredients you'll need
Main:
- beef bulgogi: cooked; you can use thinly sliced or ground bulgogi beef, or sub with pork bulgogi; this is a great way to use up any leftovers
- frozen tater tots: baked in the oven, until golden and crispy; sub in French fries for a Korean loaded fries variation
Toppings:
- shredded cheese: mozzarella, or any melty cheese you like
- kimchi: chopped
- gochujang sauce: if your gochujang is from the tub, you will want to thin it out with a little water and add touch of sweetener to it; or make a gochujang mayo
- green onions: chopped
- cilantro: chopped
- sesame seeds: optional

How to make Korean totchos
Bake and crisp up the tater tots according to the package instructions.
Add the tater tots to a broiler-safe vessel.
Layer with cooked bulgogi beef, shredded cheese, and kimchi.
Broil the totchos for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
Top with chopped cilantro, green onions, a drizzle of gochujang sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
