Ingredients

  • 1 lb bag frozen tater tots cooked according to package directions
  • ½ lb cooked bulgogi beef
  • 1 C shredded mozzarella or any melty cheese you like
  • ¼ C kimchi chopped
  • 2 tablespoon gochujang sauce
  • green onions chopped
  • cilantro chopped
  • sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • Bake and crisp up the frozen tater tots according to the package instructions.
  • Add the crispy tater tots to a broiler-safe vessel in a single layer.
  • Layer with cooked bulgogi beef, shredded cheese, and kimchi.
  • Broil the totchos for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
  • Top with chopped cilantro, green onions, a drizzle of gochujang sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
