1 lb bag frozen tater tots cooked according to package directions ½ lb cooked bulgogi beef 1 C shredded mozzarella or any melty cheese you like ¼ C kimchi chopped 2 tablespoon gochujang sauce green onions chopped cilantro chopped sesame seeds optional
Bake and crisp up the frozen tater tots according to the package instructions.
Add the crispy tater tots to a broiler-safe vessel in a single layer.
Layer with cooked bulgogi beef, shredded cheese, and kimchi.
Broil the totchos for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
Top with chopped cilantro, green onions, a drizzle of gochujang sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
