¼ C rolled oats 2 teaspoon matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade) ¼ C chia seeds ¼ C ground flaxseed 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup optional, to your taste 1 ½ C milk of your choice dariy, oat, almond, soy, etc ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
In a jar or container, add oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, matcha, vanilla extract (if using).
Pour in the milk and stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thickened.
In the morning, give it a good stir.
Add more milk if you prefer a thinner texture.
Top with fruit or toppings of your choice and enjoy cold.
