Ingredients

  • ¼ C rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoon matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade)
  • ¼ C chia seeds
  • ¼ C ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup optional, to your taste
  • 1 ½ C milk of your choice dariy, oat, almond, soy, etc
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • In a jar or container, add oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, matcha, vanilla extract (if using).
  • Pour in the milk and stir well to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thickened.
  • In the morning, give it a good stir.
  • Add more milk if you prefer a thinner texture.
  • Top with fruit or toppings of your choice and enjoy cold.
