Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder sifted
  • ¼ C hot water about 80°C/176°F
  • ice cubes
  • ½ C oat milk or any milk you like
  • 3-4 tablespoon lavender cream cold foam

Instructions

  • In a mug, sift in matcha powder and pour in hot water.
  • Whisk the matcha with a chasan (bamboo whisk) or electric frother.
  • Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
  • Pour in the prepared matcha.
  • Next, pour in oat milk and top with lavender cream cold foam.
  • Stick in a straw, give it a stir and enjoy immediately.
