1 teaspoon matcha powder sifted ¼ C hot water about 80°C/176°F ice cubes ½ C oat milk or any milk you like 3-4 tablespoon lavender cream cold foam
In a mug, sift in matcha powder and pour in hot water.
Whisk the matcha with a chasan (bamboo whisk) or electric frother.
Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
Pour in the prepared matcha.
Next, pour in oat milk and top with lavender cream cold foam.
Stick in a straw, give it a stir and enjoy immediately.
