1 bagel sliced in half 2 tablespoon cream cheese softened 150 g (5.3 oz) smoked salmon Garnish: a few thinly sliced red onion 2 teaspoon capers drained few sprigs fresh dill lemon wedges
Toast the bagel halves in a toaster or oven.
Spread 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
Layer on half the smoked salmon.
Garnish with red onion, capers, fresh dill, and a squeeze of lemon over the top.
Repeat with the remaining bagel half.
Serve immediately.
