Pandan Latte

This Pandan Latte is easy to make and features the aromatic flavor of screwpine, blended harmoniously with coffee and milk.

Ingredients

Pandan cream:

  • 30 ml heavy whipping cream
  • few drops pandan extract
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar optional

Latte:

  • 1-2 shots espresso or cold brew coffee, or Vietnamese coffee
  • pandan syrup optional
  • ice cubes
  • ½ C milk of your choice

Instructions

Make the pandan whipped cream:

  • In a separate glass, combine heavy whipping cream with a few drops of pandan extract.
  • Add 1 teaspoon powdered sugar if desired.
  • Whip with a wire whisk until the cream reaches firm peaks.

Assemble:

  • Pour a shot of espresso (or cold brew) to a tall glass.
  • Add pandan syrup, if using.
  • Fill with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the milk.
  • Top with pandan whipped cream.
