Matcha Jasmine Tea is a refreshing, floral-meets-earthy iced tea made with vibrant matcha and fragrant jasmine. It is a light, clean, and perfectly chilled drink without any milk.

1 jasmine tea bag or 1 tablespoon loose-leaf jasmine tea ½ C hot water 85°C / 185°F OR ½ C cold brew jasmine tea 1 teaspoon matcha sifted ¼ C hot water 80°C / 175°F 1-2 teaspoon jasmine syrup or simple syrup (or other sweetener such as honey), to your taste ice cubes
Prepare jasmine tea: Steep the jasmine tea bag in ½ C hot water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool to room temperature (or chill in the fridge).
Alternatively, you can make a cold brew jasmine tea the night before.
Assemble: Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in the cooled jasmine tea.
Gently pour the whisked matcha on top to create a layered look.
Add jasmine syrup (or sweetener) to taste, if desired.
Stir before sipping.
