A tropical twist on matcha, this Iced Matcha Pineapple Drink is creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweet with a hint of coconut. Inspired by the Starbucks version, this is easy to make with just a few simple ingredients!

1 teaspoon matcha sifted ¼ C hot water about 80°C/176°F ½ C ice cubes ¾ C pineapple juice ½ C unsweetened coconut milk 1-2 teaspoon honey or simple syrup optional
