A tropical twist on matcha, this Iced Matcha Pineapple Drink is creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweet with a hint of coconut. Inspired by the Starbucks version, this is easy to make with just a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha sifted
  • ¼ C hot water about 80°C/176°F
  • ½ C ice cubes
  • ¾ C pineapple juice
  • ½ C unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1-2 teaspoon honey or simple syrup optional

Instructions

Prepare the matcha:

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine sifted matcha with hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy (or use an electric frother).

Assemble:

  • To a tall glass, add in ice cubes, pineapple juice, matcha, coconut milk, and sweetener (if using). Stir well.
