Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoon purple lavender syrup or to your taste
  • ice cubes
  • 1 C oat milk
  • ¼ C pink dragonfruit pieces freeze-dried, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Combine lavender syrup, ice cubes and oat milk in a tall mason jar.
  • Cover and seal with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the milk is frothy.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving glass and top with dragonfruit pieces.
  • Stir or gently swirl the drink and enjoy.
