This easy recipe for Hellamyeon is from the popular Korean TV show Jinny's Kitchen and features bouncy, spicy instant ramen noodles mixed with sweet corn and melted cheese.

Corn mixture: 3 tablespoon sweet corn 1 tablespoon mayonnaise Noodles: 1 pack Samyang Buldak Hot Chicken flavour ramen noodles 1x spicy 3 tablespoon shredded cheese
Prepare the corn mixture: Assemble: Add the seasoning pack (fire sauce) into a microwave or oven-safe serving bowl.
Pour the noodles into the sauce and mix well with a pair of tongs.
Add in the dried seaweed pack and mix again.
Place shredded cheese on top of the hot noodles.
Melt the cheese in a broiler for a few minutes or in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Top with corn mixture and garnish with fresh parsley.
Give the noodles a good mix and serve immediately.
Note : If you don't like mayonnaise, omit the mayo and top with sweet corn.
