1 croissant 1 tablespoon honey mustard handful mixed greens or lettuce 2-3 slices prosciutto 2 slices bacon optional 3-4 slices tomato ½ avocado sliced 1 slice cheese
Slice a croissant in half equatorially with a sharp, serrated knife.
Spread honey mustard on the bottom half of the croissant.
Layer with mixed greens/lettuce, prosciutto (or your choice of meat, such as bacon), sliced tomato, avocado and cheese.
Place the top half of the croissant and enjoy immediately.
