1 ½ C milk or non-dairy alternative 3 tablespoon (21g) black sesame powder or black sesame paste 50 g white chocolate chopped, or white chocolate chips pinch sea salt ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until steaming hot, but not boiling.
Whisk in the black sesame powder until fully combined.
Add in the white chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
Add a pinch of sea salt to balance the sweetness, and a splash of vanilla extract.
Divide into two mugs and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
