1 English cucumber sliced 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon chili oil 1 teaspoon gochugaru Korean red chili powder ½ teaspoon granulated sugar ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon toasted white sesame seeds
In a bowl, combine sliced cucumber with soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, gochugaru chili powder, garlic powder and sesame oil.
