Matcha Cold Foam

- 50 ml heavy whipping cream cold (at least 36% milkfat)
- 50 ml whole milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon matcha powder sifted
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or to taste
Combine heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, matcha powder and sugar in a tall mason jar.
Use an electric handheld frother to froth the mixture, just until aerated and slightly foamy. Be careful not to overwhip.
Add to your favorite coffee, matcha tea latte, or any drink you like.
