Ingredients

  • 50 ml heavy whipping cream cold (at least 36% milkfat)
  • 50 ml whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon matcha powder sifted
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or to taste

Instructions

  • Combine heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, matcha powder and sugar in a tall mason jar.
  • Use an electric handheld frother to froth the mixture, just until aerated and slightly foamy. Be careful not to overwhip.
  • Add to your favorite coffee, matcha tea latte, or any drink you like.
