Cool, creamy, and fragrant, this Iced Hojicha Latte is the perfect way to enjoy the aromatic flavor of roasted tea. Made with Japanese roasted green tea powder and milk over ice, it’s smooth, mellow, and easy to whip up at home.

hojicha powder
sifted

hot water

milk of your choice
or non-dairy alternative
ice
whipped cream

Instructions
Using hojicha powder:
In a small glass or bowl, combine hojicha powder and hot water and whisk until fully dissolved and smooth.
Add sweetener while the mixture is still warm (if using). Stir to dissolve.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the hojicha tea.
Add in the cold milk and top with whipped cream, if desired.
Add a straw and stir gently to combine.
Enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can also use hojicha tea bags or looseleaf hojicha tea.
