  • coconut jelly

Instructions

  • Prepare the Hong Kong Milk tea and chill completely (preferably the night before).
  • Divide and place cooked tapioca boba pearls into 2 tall serving glasses.
  • Fill with ice and pour chilled Hong Kong milk tea over the top.
  • Add toppings such as grass jelly or coconut jelly, if desired.
  • Stick in a wide straw and serve.
