Make the gochujang sauce: Assemble: Lightly toast the hamburger buns.
Build the burger by adding a tablespoon of gochujang to one half of the bun, then add lettuce/mixed greens, bulgogi beef, cucumber and kimchi.
Replace with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
