  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ C milk or non-dairy alternative of your choice
  • 2 teaspoon matcha


  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, agave (sweetener)


  • Add chia seeds, milk, and matcha into a jar.
  • If adding vanilla extract and sweetener, add it in.
  • Give everything a stir with a spoon (or add a lid and gently shake).
  • Cover and place into the fridge overnight (or at least 20 minutes)
  • Give it a stir and add in your favourite toppings, such as fruit, nuts, seeds.
