  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • ½ C boiling hot water
  • ½ C almond milk or milk of your choice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoon homemade lavender syrup

  • Make super strong tea by bringing water to a boil and placing the 2 tea bags into a mug. Pour the hot water over the tea bags and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk until scalding and use a milk frother to create foam (or if you don't have a milk frother, you can use a whisk).
  • Pour the warmed foamed milk over the tea, add vanilla extract and 1-2 tablespoon lavender syrup to your liking.
  • Enjoy immediately.
