Homemade Black Sesame Oat Milk
This Homemade Black Sesame Oat Milk gets an Asian spin with the addition of black sesame powder. With a few whole ingredients, you can get this delicious and nutritious "milk" on your table.
- ½ C rolled oats
- ½ C black sesame powder
- 2 ½ C cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10-20 g rock sugar optional or sweetener of choice
Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth, but don't over blend.
Pour the milk through a nut-milk bag/cheesecloth if you prefer a smooth consistency.
