  • ½ C rolled oats
  • ½ C black sesame powder
  • 2 ½ C cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10-20 g rock sugar optional or sweetener of choice


  • Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth, but don't over blend.
  • Pour the milk through a nut-milk bag/cheesecloth if you prefer a smooth consistency.
