Layered Strawberry Matcha Latte
A refreshing, layered, fruity drink with fresh blended strawberries, milk, ice and matcha.

- ¼ C strawberry sauce
- ice
- ½ C milk or non-dairy alternative
- ¼ C hot water about 175°F/80°C
- 2 teaspoon matcha
Add the strawberry sauce to a serving glass.
Next, add some ice to the glass.
Pour the milk over the ice (pour it over a spoon to ensure a clean layer).
In a small jar, add the matcha powder and pour in the hot water.
Use a whisk or electric frother until the matcha is incorporated and becomes frothy.
Carefully pour the matcha over top of the milk (again, use a spoon to ensure clean layers).
Stick in a straw, give it a stir and enjoy immediately.
