Iced Matcha Pineapple Drink
A refreshing layered drink made with matcha, blended pineapple, coconut water, and ginger syrup.
- 1 C fresh pineapple chunks or frozen
- 1 C coconut water
- 2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger syrup
- crushed ice
In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple along with the coconut water and blend until smooth.
In a tall glass, add in the matcha powder and ginger syrup.
If you're creating layers, pour in about ¼ C of the blended pineapple into the glass and mix until the matcha and ginger syrup is incorporated.
Add ice to the glass and pour in the remaining blended pineapple.
Stick in a straw, stir and enjoy.
Note: if using frozen pineapple, you can omit the ice.
