  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 2 tablespoon hot water
  • teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 C warmed milk or non-dairy alternative

Optional add ons

  • marshmallows peppermint or regular
  • whipped cream
  • crushed candy cane

  • Add in the hot water and give it a stir to dissolve the white chocolate and matcha.
  • If you wish, you can use an electric frother to whisk the mixture.
  • Add in a few drops of peppermint extract (adjust to your liking). It's better to start with a few drops first and then add more if it's not strong enough.
  • Pour the warmed milk over the matcha and white chocolate mixture. Give it a quick stir.
  • Garnish with (peppermint) marshmallows and whipped cream. (You can also brûlée the marshmallows if you wish).
